Now this is some rum that you'd want to fight your way through a field of velociraptors to get to the distillery. They'll protect it with their lives, so don't be afraid to take them so you can taste this nectar. Lots of brown sugar, a bit of oak, sweet ending that doesn't stick around for an unwelcomed amount of time.
100 points. When it comes to rum, this is a true beauty. 50 year anniversary edition is loaded with an unusual profile, sage, thyme, mint while thr sweetet notes of persimmon take a back stage. It is a work of art.
Excellent. Notes of vanilla, caramel, toffee, and raisins. Has a strong aroma and is very smooth. I wish Brugal Siglo de Oro was available in the US
