This expression is distilled from 100% blue Weber agave grown in Los Altos de Jalisco. It is matured for 8 years in charred American white oak barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV. Additive free.

Neat. Deep copper color. Aroma of fruity agave, oak, dark caramel, faint baking spices and alcohol. Flavor is caramel, agave, oak, apple/pear, vanilla, hint of pepper. Finish is long and sweet with oak, pepper, cinnamon, and vanilla Great juice for the budget EA class
