Coming off a Rittenhouse bender, my first sense of this was that there was a too-present taste of alcohol, but after living with this for a few nights my mind's been changed and I can tell that this is dialed in. A really nice bonded rye that hits all the right spice notes of sweet anise and licorice. If only the price was easier to swallow than the whisky.
