Strong sour green apple note on the nose, along with a earthy and slight floral note. After the first sip aromas of clove and spice also came through. Strong pepper and rye spice on the palate with a short to medium finish.

Nose: vanilla, caramel and light cinnamon. Pretty soft overall. Taste: initial taste has a light smokiness to it, not sweet, mild spice, doesn't linger.
Thick flavors, heavy on the tounge; corn chowder, vanilla bark, spent matchsticks, and Altoid pepper mints. Like a triple-stamp on a double-stamp!
Rich sweet aroma, maple syrup Deep wood flavor, absolutely fantastic, then a spice kick on the tail. Good length tail too. Medium rich body.
Earthy with some spice. I liked it. Did not drink up to it’s abv
