Review #26 - Others #1 Colour - Pale straw, very light. Nose - Aromas of anise and spice, with a generally herbal aroma and quite a bit of ethanol. Taste - Relatively smooth (no burn but ethanol) with strong notes of anise, herbal with spice and a somewhat oily texture, with an effervescence on the tip of the tongue. Finish - Short-medium, spicy, with a dry and light bitterness at the end. Interesting and pleasant to drink as a break from whisky, cognac and other such spirits.
