Nose- White Chocolate, sultanas, cloves, vanilla Palate- Sultana, little spice, little bitterness (coffee), creamy Finish- bitterness disappears leaving the spice and sultana to continue. Light sweet whiskey, tried with both ice and neat, neat definitely preferable, as soon as there is a bit of water, the sherry notes fade significantly, leaving just the bitterness and the spice

Nose, lead by the sherry casks, dominates with dried fruits, sweetness, and an ethanol kick. Sweet palate, fruity, vanilla, spice. Ending with a gentle, pleasant burn. Price to quality ratio. Added to the "buy it again" list.
Very happy at £20 from the distillery shop with a free tumbler - delicious whisky. Spicy, orange, caramel, brown sugar, sherry, raisins and coffee
Vanilla, creamy, gentle fruity notes, caramel, oaky spices. Very good single malt from this young distillery. Very good price-to-value.
sweet fruity it has the character of a single malt much older than 5 years excellent price to quality ratio
Nice taste, needs to sit in a barrel for 10 years or so and you’ve got a very solid whisky there
