Working with a brand that's known for its experimental bottlings, Master Distiller Brian Prewitt chose the blend as a way of satisfying fans of Abraham Bowman whiskey who have requested a bourbon with a spicier rye profile. It's part of a series of whiskeys named for the commander of the 8th Virginia Regiment in the American Revolutionary War, and this is the 12th release in that brand extension.

Picked this up in October 2015 in Orlando, FL. Gonna open it soon. I'll be back with a review. I can't believe this got such a low score. One of my favorites. Lucked into a second bottle. Super smooth. Great flavor.
