Admiral Rodney rums are made by Saint Lucia Distillers using a traditional twin column Coffey still. Rums distilled in the lowest portion of the still were used for this bottling. They were matured for 9-12 years in ex-bourbon before blending and bottling.

Pallet : Smoke, baking spice, bourbon barrel age finish’s nicely. The Long finish combines a little: vanilla, bourbon barbell, spices, octane.
