Admiral Rodney rums are made by Saint Lucia Distillers using a traditional twin column Coffey still. This rum bottling is a blend of rums which were aged exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels for 7-12 years. It's bottled at 40% ABV.

My favourite from the HMS family, I had all 3 bottles opened at the same time, this one was first to fall. A lot of (non artificial) sweetness, pleasant and long finish. HMS Princessa is too plain and HMS Formidable is too oaky and tart compared to this one.
Bon mais sans grande caractère. Certain qu'il plaira au plus grand nombre mais à ce prix je trouve que ça manque d'une réelle identité. Très marqué par la vanille et assez sucré en bouche. Matière et rondeur, très accessible.
Light smoke, oaky, new barrel oak , not bourbon oak. Very smooth some Carmel and molasses. Ends smooth and fruity. 7-12 years aged.
Really smooth and relaxed. Found at Indigo Beer Bar. Well worth heading off the beaten track 👍
