Albany Distilling Quackenbush Amber Rum

A rich Amber Rum by the ADCo Distillery in New York made from Albany municipal water, yeast & top-notch Caribbean molasses; distilled only once before being aged in Ironweed Ex-Bourbon barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of chocolate, tea, vanilla & oak; while a rich & spicy life adds hints of Whiskey, oak & vanilla; that led to a delicate death with notes of pecan, walnut & nutmeg. March 2020 / January / December 2021

You should be banned from making rum how the hell do you get moldy hay flavor covered in spice. The nose is like beautiful butterscotch then you down spicy moldy hay.
