A Silver artisan Agave Spirit crafted by NOM 1414. It has a delicate birth with notes of agave, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a tropical life adds notes of coconut & mango; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a touch of pepper. May 2017
About this bottle
Alma del Jaguar is made with a blend of two tequilas made with different yeast strains in its fermentation — a natural wild yeast and a Champagne yeast. Both tequilas are made by the Vivanco family at NOM 1414, using 100% blue weber agave from Los Altos, Jalisco. Developed with a mission to protect wild jaguars in Mexico and the US, the brand was founded by spirits entrepreneur McCauley Williams who was inspired by his uncle Rick Williams, co-founder of the Northern Jaguar Project. Available beginning May 2023. (SRP $49.99) Additive free.

Decent Flavor. This one has a different kind of aftertaste, not bad, but definately different.
Sweet potato, rosemary, sage, apple. Frightfully smooth.
