Amermelade

Excellent stuff. Bright orange citrus nose with some spices in support. Does not taste as citrusy as it smells, but has a bit of candied orange sweetness. Finishes with some herbal notes (gentian) and a gentle bitterness. A more sophisticated version of Aperol.

A little bit more sophisticated than Aperol with a brighter orange citrus character and less straight sugar (while still being pretty sweet).
