Somewhat muted nose with vanilla, caramel, oak, leather, and cinnamon. The palate is where the action is: more overt notes of clove, dark chocolate, pomander, espresso, cinnamon, cocoa. Sweet and hot--as it should be. Finish is long with apricot and peaches, segueing into vanilla. This was a gift, but I'd buy it again.
