An intense, modern gin crafted by Astraeus Spirits with carefully selected malted barley. Double distilled to retain those beloved whiskey notes, then distilled for a third time with juniper and an artfully balanced mix of high desert botanical like: sagebrush and heather before being bottled at 57.5% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruits, grains, flowers, nuts, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds hints of barley, juniper, sagebrush & heather; that led to a long & warm death with hints of coriander, almonds, orange & strawberry.
