Dry light body with gentle floral oak, sweet wild high mountain honey, agave juice, fresh made raisin, new cedar furniture, and light mixed fresh herbal tea in the palate. Awesome balance long lingering finish. Fascinating grappa made by Italian Vin Santo sweet wine.
