About this bottle

Avuá Copan is a limited edition bottling from the brand made in collaboration with Craig Schoettler of MGM Resorts and Hardy Cognac. The cachaça is made with estate-grown sugarcane and after distillation in an alembic pot still is aged for over one year in Brazilian tapinhoã wood barrels. Then the cachaça is transferred to Hardy cognac barrels for at least 6 months. Bottled at 40%, only 600 bottles were produced.
