About this bottle
Backwards Distilling Company is project out of Casper, Wyoming from the Pollock family. Their schtick is that each spirit is named for a circus character. Sword Swallower is a unique rum that's made with from evaporated, organic cane juice and a proprietary strain of yeast to create a style in the spirit of an agricole. Another interesting twist is it is finished in used tequila barrels.
