You can replicate this aroma and taste really easy. Here’s how: go to a local garden center, take a handful of pine needles; then go to a grocery store, and get some fennel. Combine both. Smell it, then eat it. Voila! I had bought a bottle of this just to try something different. Yeah... it’s different. Update 3/11: I had an ounce with a glass of ginger ale and ice...taste damn good in that mix. Much better than neat

Founded in 2009, Bainbridge Organic Distillery is the first distillery in Washington State producing certified organic distilled spirits. Located on Bainbridge Island in Puget Sound, the distillery takes pride in using locally sourced organic ingredients for their products Their gin expression is made with a spirit distilled from wheat and infused with 10 botanicals: juniper, orris root, angelica root, 2 different types of citrus peel, whole licorice root, coriander, cardamom, fennel seed and Douglas fir needles, The Douglas fir needles are harvested the day prior to distilling from Northeastern Washington state and give the gin a green tint. It is bottled at 45% ABV.
