About this bottle
Based in Basalt, Colorado, Woody Creek Distillers was founded by a group of friends who, after their long careers, wanted to leave a legacy of creating and producing craft spirits. Their Colorado Gin expression is made with a base spirit distilled from potatoes. Botanicals, including local juniper berries, fresh lemongrass, coriander, cinnamon, angelica, hibiscus, lavender, cranberries, and grains of paradise, and then macerated at high temperature in the full spirit for 24 hours. The spirit is then redistilled and bottled at 47% ABV.
