Opens up with a nice cherry note then takes you on a ride with some nice oak and maple and quickly follows is a nice rye spice. Some barrell char in there too. The finish takes you on a ride with the french oak staves and it lasts for days. This whiskey is complex and you can pull something different from it each time. The nose is just as beautiful as well. So good

Waited for this! Love the sweet Canadian corn whiskey! Smelled of sweet brown sugar and sugar cookie! The taste mimicked the smell but what really stood out to me was the viscosity of like maple syrup and the flavor just sat on your palate. I love this the most out of 4-8!
Blind tasting Nose: cherry, acetone, honeysuckle Taste: vanilla, spice, malt Wood: virgin oak Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️,75 Notes: like a cask strength bourbon or rye (thinking rye). Would be good in cocktail Distillery? Driftless glen
Soft bourbon nose Soft sweetness upfront that fades to honey, peanut, orange rind, chocolate, raisin, fig. Finish is dry, long, slightly grassy and herbal. Very unique. Steve soaking can be noticed on the finish
Surprised sweet and fruit nose. Very smooth feont palette then the tye spice for the Kentucky Hug on the back. Really good pour but don’t know about $130 a bottle good. Unique mixing the different blends
Hot, the burn takes over and masks the other flavors. Hit up front with a dry, oily oak taste followed by light fruit, followed by a dry nutmeg. Buttery on the mouth.
