Neat: Vanilla, caramel, oak. Good but a little disappointed in my first Bardstown.
About this bottle
The 9th edition of Fusion is the final release in this series from Bardstown Bourbon Co. which features straight bourbons distilled in-house as well as sourced Kentucky straight bourbon. Here BBCo. blends two of its own four year-old high-rye straight bourbons making up 70% of the blend with 12 year-old sourced Kentucky straight bourbon making up the remainder. Notably, one of the BBCo. bourbon mash bill recipes features not only a high proportion of rye (26%), but also some wheat (10%) along with corn and malted barley. Availability is expected in late fall 2022. (SRP $64.99)

Smoother than expected. Not sweet and not too spicy.
Apple cinnamon spice, Brown sugar, that goes sour
Not bad, just young. Would pass for $60/bottle.
Herbal and spicy
