Oak, toffee, caramel, and baking spices on the nose. Color is amber. Very oily, leaves a slick on the side of the glass that takes a while to come down. Very sweet with a candied apple on the tongue. Finish is good, about 10 sec. Some cinnamon on the back end. Smokiness from the 2nd barrel subsides if you let it breathe.
