About this bottle

This Vermont-based vodka is distilled from raw honey. The honey is cold-fermented for three weeks before distillation is done in custom-made stills. The vodka bottle is sealed with beeswax and comes in at 80 proof. Sold in 375ml and 750ml sized bottles.

This vodka is unique to me in that it starts off with an extremely sweet flavor that coats your tongue and then gives you that vodka harsh punch. I used this then in a vodka soda, but I would recommend just drinking it on the rocks by itself. Only minor improvement would be making the finish a bit smoother.
