Purity Distillery is located on the Ellinge Castle estate in Sweden. The brand makes a variety of certified organic vodkas (as well as gin) with varying numbers of distillations. Each of the vodkas is made with both malted barley and Swedish winter wheat. The mash is run through the copper still system consisting of a 600-liter pot still connected to two column stills, each with 8 plates. For this Connoisseur 51 Reserve, it is run through three times with each plate considered a distillation. This heart is collected and blended with column-distilled organic wheat spirit. It's proofed to 40% ABV with mineral-rich Swedish water and deionized water.

A creamy, 'unfiltered, grain Vodka by Thomas Kuuttanen for Purity Distillery in Sweden made with estate grown winter wheat & barley, slow distilled 51 times in a proprietary copper still at the 13th century Ellinge Castle. It has a clean birth; while a crisp life leads to a quick, neutral & creamy death. June 2022 / January 2024
Exceptionally clean. At 51x distilled, this USDA certified organic vodka has a clean and almost sweet taste to it. Can be served neat; on the rocks it's like drinking water.
This is like water that gets you right. So smooth. All of my guest love it!!! Also affordable. The price is like they don't know how polished this is.
