Barrell Whiskey Infinite Barrel Project April 7th 2021

This blend, by definition of an infinite barrel has a cask strength burn that is quite the ride. The aroma is assisted by the barrel, and when the taste buds can subvert the burn of a 63% alcohol a woody/vanilla flavor pops in this sweet drink. Majority of the time I had this neat, but it would benefit to have on the rocks or some water to consolidate some of that flavor and cut the ethanol content to bring out that nice buckshot of flavor.

Water it down a tad to get past the 127 proof and you'll be on a journey of flavors that spans the world. Scotch, bourbon, rye, irish.. it is all here. Not a daily pour, this only for those days you want to break free... low ratings of this are from snobs expecting consistency - this is NOT for them.
