This American whiskey is one of twelve bottlings in Berkshire Mountain Distillers' Craft Brewers Whiskey Project. Each release is the result of a distillation of a single-sourced craft beer. In this case, Spencer Brewery Trappist Ale was distilled and has been aged since 2015. Released in February 2021.
