This gin begins life the same way as their Kornbrand Vodka - a wheat spirit that is distilled multiple times and filtered 7 times. Then the hand-picked botanicals from their own farm (including elderflowers, woodruff, and sweet blossoms) are added to make their dry gin. Bottle at 43.3% ABV.

Very enjoyable, tingly, lightly floral profile with distinct notes of woodruff neat, tonic brings out a hint of citrus but makes it watery and practically drowns out the other flavors. Edit: Downgraded from 4.5 to 4.0 following another sampling with more experience.
