Big Kahuna Gin

This pineapple-infused gin presents unripe pineapple, almost green apple (think Haribo apple rings) notes in the nose and a particularly sour palate almost like a sour candy vodka infusion. Tonic calms it down a little and reintroduces some of the fruitiness from the nose, but overall it leaves a sour taste ... literally.
