Appearance- apple cider Nose- licorice, grain, butterscotch. Taste- caramel apple, banana taffy, pepper, Mouth- starts wet and thick, dries in the middle averages out in the finish. Overall- I really love the balance. Smells like a butterscotch disc, taste is much more dynamic. The booze and sweet flavors make you want to keep sipping, neither overpowering the other. The oak is there, just covered in candy. Love this . Went in totally blind on this @$40+, definitely would purchase again at that price.
