Bimber Distillery Da Hong Pao Roasted Oolong Tea Gin

It is so good that you can actually drink it neat. Nosing: juniper, orange peel, of course the oolong tea. Tasting: Although the ABV level is high, but it’s so smooth with a waxy texture. Again, juniper and oolong tea. Very unique as a gin. I believe the base spirit is so good to give this uniqueness. Finishing: short orange peel note. No matter you are serving it by G&T, or neat, all of them are great :)
