Slingsby Rhubarb Gin is made using rhubarb from the famous "Rhubarb Triangle" in West Yorkshire, England. The base of the gin is the brand's London Dry Gin which uses 24 botanicals, 12 of which are sourced from the kitchen garden at Rudding Park hotel in Harrogate.

An intense, limited edition rhubarb flavored gin from Yorkshire made with locally sourced botanicals & Harrogate aquifer water. It has an aromatic birth with notes of tart rhubarb & subtle summer berries; while bold life adds notes of citrus & juniper, that led to a complex death with a hint of gentle spice. February 2018
Starts a bit bitter with loads of grapefruit but it finishes strong with tons of rhubarb.
Strong. Probably best for me with something other than just tonic.
