Blackback Honey Rye

I mean first off it tastes just like honey. This is a honey and rye whiskey liquer. And it is a damn good one. The best of its type that I’ve had. If you like any other honey flavored booze? You will absolutely love this. At 70 proof it has enough kick in it to move the arrow, if thats what you want. But its dangerous because you dont even taste the hooch. Not something I would drink every day. But damn is it ever tasty and good.

ABV is 35% because of the local honey added. You definitely get a strong honey smell and taste instantly. This is a good sipping drink on the rocks or mixed with a bit up lemon or lime juice. Great local atmosphere if you can make it out to their distillery in Nelson County.
