Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Dark Amber with burnt orange, legs stick to the walls and leave the top edges intact while the rest fall to the bottom; 👃: Mature grapes and spices intermingle in holy matrimony, can smell the heat emanating from within, sweetness lingers at the end; 👅: Heat hits you like a ton of bricks, peppery like habanero, baking spices, sugar cubes at the very end; 🏁: Quick finish, doesn't linger, heat dissipates so you can switch up if you prefer.

The nose starts with strong ethanol transitioning to butter, baking spices and leather. The palate follows pretty close to tye nose with a decent mouth feel. The finish is fair to long with lots of oaky tannins and slight bitterness. Finish is stronger than the proof
The nose is misleading. Sweet and tolerable. Take a sip ”POW”. Feel the heat. It’s just hot…Not too complex, but hot and lingering. It’s gets better as you go. Don’t judge this on your first taste.
Barely any real lasting impression. Would choose this over the regular strength. Darker than I’d expect and has a lingering flavor with a little heat. Doesn’t taste 57 proof.
On the hotter side, with a nutmeggy fall spice flavors. \m/ Jacksonville, fl Total Wine Pick
Strong kick in the teeth but then makes up for it with some great sweet notes.
