Special expression of this bourbon at a higher ABV. Great flavor and velvety mouthfeel. Purchased at the distillery in Shelbyville, KY May 2022 during our first KBT trip.
Really like this stuff. My son picked up a bottle at the distillery. Flavor is strong but not over powering. On my 3rd bottle. Wish I were closer to Shelbyville, KY
Nose is sweet. Earthy. Slight fruit. Mouthfeel: thin. Light. Taste: sweet corn. Earthy. Finish still sweet with hint of spice
Has a tuff bite on the end. Maybe as a old fashion....
Grainy (mostly rye?) but think got some honey too
