About this bottle
This expression is a molasses-based rum that is distilled to 95% ABV that is then given an initial maturation for 36 hours. After that, it is reduced to 60% ABV and matured in ex-port barrels for up to a year. It is then blended in small batches and bottled at 40% ABV.
