Appearance: Dark pink/pale red. Transparent with no particulates. Neat tasting: Nose: Blackberry, raspberry, stewed rhubarb. There are some spice notes (clove?) in the background and an earthy quality. Palate: Red berries but there is a soapy flavour and the mouthfeel is bitter, drying and almost astringent. Finish: A papery, cardboard note that is disconcerting and not palatable. Tasted with tonic water, 1:2 proportion, with a slice of lime and two ice cubes Nose: Fragrant, light berry aromas with lifted botanicals in the background. Rosewater, hibiscus and rosehip tisane, a hint of sandalwood. Palate: Soft and gentle with the Bombay Sapphire character coming through supported by a host of berry flavours that have depth but also a light touch. Refreshingly familiar but different and satisfying. Finish: Medium. The palate segues effortlessly into a classic gin finish with a hint of juniper and coriander in the aftertaste. An interesting flavoured gin that I detested at first when I tasted it neat, but which completely changed character once paired with tonic water in a classic G&T. This gin is clearly formulated specifically for mixing and I would urge you to only use it that way. Some sloe gins are so sweet and dense they are almost liqueurs, but this is absolutely not in that category. The classic gin botanicals are just detectable but largely masked by the berry presence. I've tasted better flavoured gins but I'm having no problem finishing this bottle by using it in G&Ts, however I probably won't replace it. “Above Average” : 82/100 (3.25 stars)

Bombay Bramble has a lovley wild berries flavour that masks the alcoholic aftertaste seamlessly whilst keeping itself away from being too sweet or overpowering. This gin also has a stunning colour to it when mixed. Would recommend to any bombay lover who wants to spice up their drink with a bit of flavour. And to those new gin drinkers that are ready to try a flavoured style with a nicer gin behind it. Personally, absolutly love this gin and think it suits a range of mixers.
It is now available in the US and is 43% ABV here. It has that distinct Bombay gin smell initially, then blackberry then raspberry. It has a tart taste but then mellows into the juniper gin taste we all know as Bombay. I'm not a fan of flavored gin, I'm a purist at heart, but this is worth a try. We tried the "recipe" on the bottle, absolutely delicious with fresh squeezed lemon, simple syrup over ice. Def a summer drink.
A divisive gin that's considered as medicinal or cough drop tasting by some, but I find the strong berry character with some junipery and herbal, foresty, almost autumny or christmasy spiciness really appealing. You'll read reviews that say it works well with tonic and on ice in summer, but I find it fits the aforementioned seasons far better. Priced regularly but have gotten it as cheap as 16.5 EUR per Bottle before.
Fruity, full of life and flavours of black berry, ginger and a distinct aftertaste of berries that lingers on the tongue. However, it is not overtly sweet which helps the floral notes burst free The nose is fresh and full of lavender and black berries. Incredibly delicate and tasty
It was strong for my liking drinking it straight. I added cranberry juice & it was very good. The cranberry juice help soften the overpowering. You could really taste the berries. I'll add this drink to my summer drink menu for sure!
