Named after Jerry Dalton — the only Master Distiller at James B. Beam Distilling Co. who wasn't a Beam family member — "Jerry's Batch" is the third Booker's batch for 2025. Jerry took over the reigns of Master Distiller after Booker Noe retired and served in that position until current Master Distiller Fred Noe was ready for the job. This batch was made on seven different production dates and stored in nine different warehouses. Aged for 7 years, 4 months, and 21 days, this was bottled uncut and unfiltered at 124.7 proof (62.35% ABV). Available nationwide beginning September 2025. (SRP $99.99)

Toasted apple. I know I should be expecting vanilla and caramel here, but maybe it's a bit too hot or maybe I'm a bit too sick. Great body. Firey, even with a few pebbles and a splash of water. Not gonna have any more of this until this cold resolves though
Hot & spicy right out the gate. Cinnamon, oak, spicy is bout the most I could pick up. Now add a rock, changes the whole profile; I pick up hints of apple, clove, maybe a bit of vanilla but it sure does make it mellow, smooth and much more enjoyable.
Taste: The flavor is very vanilla forward with some cherry. It is quite hot but sweet. Look: Deep amber Smell: Vanilla and sweet corn
