Comparing to EHT BP and SiB Nose of BTAC: sweet licorice, toast, subtle strawberry, vanilla and maple syrup. Amazing! Palette: sweet potato up front covered with maple syrup, baking spoces hit the mid palette, follwed by some subtle cherry and vanilla. A backbone of oak ties it all together buy does not over power. Long fruity finish. So well balanced. Compared to the BP: Nose: strong marshmallow, vanilla, graham cracker Palette: not as dimensional as the BTAC, more chicory forward, licorice, the back end is sweet, brown sugar, graham cracker, but muted baking spices, though cinnamon hiding. Chocolate coming through! Slight tannins in the long finish. SiB: nose sweet brown sugar and dark fruits. More of that graham cracker. Palette: strong cherry and mint, lighter body, very fruit forward. All taste so different! Magical
