This bonded whiskey from Brooklyn-based Breuckelen Distilling, is made from a mash bill of 90% rye and 10% corn. Aged in 53-gallon new, charred American oak. Bottled after four years of aging at 100 proof.

Lighter and easier drinking than some in the same price point. Some corn sweetness in the front with a nice rye spice finish. A touch of gum drop or anise also on the finish
Very nice. Dill and molasses seem to be the primary flavours. Definitely a darker Rye. Liking this!
