Incredibly intricate profile. Surprising offering TBH and unexpected. Apples, raisins, chocolate, a tiny bit of smoke, sweetness, vanilla is all over it. Alcohol burn in the most delightful way as part of the finish. The best I’ve had based out of Winston Salem.
