About this bottle
The 24th release in Buffalo Trace's Experimental Collection is a baijiu-style spirit, made from a base of sorghum and peas. The spirit was produced using what were essentially whiskey processes, and was matured for 11 years in three types of casks, including charred, toasted, and uncharred oak barrels. The three components were then married together and bottled at 90 proof.
