69 seems a little harsh, I definitely didn't taste any acetone. Smells like rum, vanilla, caramel and sugars. When you taste it you can definitely taste the brandy influence( the bottle says it was finished in a mix of brandy & cognac casks). It's very fruity to start with, vanilla comes in with a touch of oak, and it leaves your mouth tingling, ready for another sip. There is another version of this, one that is 8 yr old rum finished in port casks. It is much darker, I haven't tasted it yet, but it smells quite nice

About this bottle
Starting as a limited edition rum, the Bundaberg small batch saw such success that it was decided it would become a permanent line in the Bundaberg range. The small batch is a blend of Bundaberg rums, from some of the youngest to some of the oldest, and is then matured in brandy barrels. Note: This is not available in the US.

Definitivt ingen rom jag köper igen. Smakar bara sprit, det jag förväntar mig med rom, vanilj, kokos, kola, banan, russin osv, lyser med sin frånvaro.
Sweet, vanilla, and bit oily. Enjoyable finish. Much Better than a 69. I had the small batch Vintage Edition. A really good rum for any occasion.
