The Calvados produced here is made from 100% apples, even though pears are allowed. No new barrels are used for aging and upon its third year of aging, the Calvados is transferred into large wooden vats which are only two-thirds to three-fourths full.

Rich cider and apple skins, simple but very fresh aroma. Tart apples, cedar, juicy texture, a light dusting of kitchen spices. A straightforward well done Brandy. Kudos!
