Delicious cognac. Someone in the comments described the palate as “pound cake” and I couldn’t put my finger on it at first but that is it! The aroma of this cognac is sweet, honey and caramel. Palate is sweet breaded dessert: pound cake, Danish pastry, and sweet crust with a hint of dried fruit. I picked up the 50ml but I’m so tempted now to buy the full 750ml. My first Camus and I was blown away

Nose: Crème Brûlée, fresh red fruits, light oak and nut notes, camphor, and some spicy elements I can’t really decipher. Palate: Somewhat rich and velvety with fresh and dried fruits, oak and barrel spices. Finish: Lasting with hints of vanilla, licorice and spices. I was surprised by how fresh this feels for an XO.
NOSE: Surprisingly hot for a cognac. It’s sweet candied orange peel and burnt caramel, somewhat fresh for an XO. Hints of vanilla but heavy on dry oak. PALATE: Sweet creme brule, sweet pineapple juice, mint chocolate, spicy candied ginger, nice simmering peppermint finish.
For the money this is one of my absolute favorite cognacs, fruity with hints of almond, vanilla,Dry fruits and poundcake. For me it is pure luxury
It's been a while since i had a Cognac and this one is damn nice. Deep rich port like notes, xmas pudding and more. Very nice effort.
Very sweet and a long fine aftertaste. Lovely. Will buy again if not to expensive
