Cane Run Estate

Aromas are straight up hospital. There might be a touch of sugar cane under that grain isopropyl aroma. Hints of black pepper. Flavor is better. The sugar cane hits first. Then the heat and ethanol come in hard. Lips tingling as the sweet sugar flavor comes back to say goodbye and fade away. A little too harsh neat but would mix better than Bacardi Silver I think.

Clear silver, with thick, uniform alcohol legs. Nose- grassy sugar cane, with possible pepper spice. Taste- cane juice, vanilla, pepper spice, and oak. Medium body. Semi-sweet finish. RJT
