Cardinal Spirits is based in Bloomington, Indiana and produces a variety of spirits including whiskey, gin, and vodka. A combination of sugar cane juice, molasses, and a proprietary yeast forms the base of their rum line. This light rum was named for and made especially for the distillery's popular Tuesday Tiki Nights. Best bet for buying is visiting Indiana and/or their distillery.

Rum is not my favorite spirit but I love making and drinking tiki drinks. So the name alone boosted it to 4 stars. This is a great affordable option when looking for a rail rum to use in cocktails.
