As expected of a spirit made with Torontel grapes, this expression is aromatic and extremely versatile. While great on traditional PIsco cocktails such as a Pisco Sour, this spirit also stands out as an excellent modifier. Sub the Torontel for vermouth in a Manhattan build with a barspoon or two of rich syrup and enjoy!

About this bottle
This puro pisco from Peruvian distillery Caravedo is made exclusively with torontel grapes, an aromatic grape varietal from the Peruvian coast. Eight pounds of grapes are required to make each 750ml bottle. From there, the grapes are juiced and fermented before being distilled once in traditional Falca pot stills. It’s then rested for a year before it’s bottled at 80 proof.
