Castle & Key Restoration Release Gin

Nose: Big juniper, lemon and pepper. Behind that is some savory cassia, anise and cardamom. Powerful but complex. Taste: Thick, syrupy mouth feel. Sweet anisem juniper and lemon. Orange peel and white pepper is there as well. Proof is welcome and in check. Rich and powerful overall. Finish: Long, dominated by juniper, pepper, orange peel and essence of lemon. Delightfully powerful while remaining balanced and pleasant. Overall: This is a killer gin, and one I'm a big fan of. This nails the London Dry style so perfectly, while remaining complex and interesting and powerful. Big props to C&K on this one. Using the tonic mix we bought at Castle & Key and the Castle & Key Gin to make this amazing Gin and tonic. Gin is aromatic and herbaceous, light and refreshing with no lime needed in the Gin & Tonic.

Florals come through perfectly, balanced by the ginger and licorice roots. A gin you can drink straight or mixed and it’s delicious either way.

Very floral. This is as good as gin gets. They grow their own florals on site and it really shows.

Very flavorful but nice and hot. Pretty high abv so its a steamer. Made my mouth go zip zip.

I don’t drink gin and this is just great.
