About this bottle
The Woolgatherer is an experimental series from Castle & Key and includes all types of spirits from barrel-aged gins to whiskeys among others. The Autumn 2022 release begins with C&K's Restoration Rye (63% rye, 17% corn, 20% malted barley). It is then finished in barrels which formerly held Vino de Naranja wine, a sweet Spanish white wine with macerated orange peel. Bottled at 115.4 proof.
