About this bottle

This is an additive free 100% blue Weber agave tequila produced in Los Valles, Jalisco. The agave is cooked in an autoclave, crushed by roller mill, fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks without fibers, and twice distilled in a stainless steel pot still. This expression is distinguished from the No. 7 Blanco in that it is bottled at still strength (54% ABV), without the addition of water.

Nose: agave, floral, blueberry, cinnamon Taste: reflects the nose. This bottle is extremely hyped up. Yes, its rich, quality, additive free tequila. However, I wouldn't put it leagues above tequilas you can find much more easily and at a lower price point. I've had better tasting, more complex blancos for half the price.
